actually I have been using it for about 3 weeks now and forgot to put it on a few days in between and it helped me! I drank plenty of water and ran too! Its not all gone but there is less =]

no it doesn’t, it just temporarily makes it appear as if it does…i mean for minutes–literally. There is nothing on the market that u can buy for cellulite…but they do make a s hit load of money off of it
