a combination of healthy diet and exercise is defernitely the best way to go plus a good moisturising cream. Weight traing is the most effective for geting rid of cellulite as it tones the skin. Stay away from salty food as this causes fluid retention and makes cellulite worse also fizzy drinks this includes diet fizzy as well. drink lots of water at least 2L a day. good luck
