Cellulite Treatment FAQ :
I started weight watchers about a month ago and i’ve lost 10 lbs…and I can definitely see a difference. The only spot im having problems with are my legs…my thighs actually. I walk for 30 minutes on an incline every day and I swim alot…I can see some definition in my legs but not enough to make a difference. I still see that cottege cheese lookin stuff called cellulite and I **** the way it makes me look. I love wearing shorts especially since I live in AZ where its 110 degrees every day, but I feel self conscience in them because my legs have all that cellulite. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it?

And also, I have a big problem with my love handles. They’ve gotten smaller no doubt about it, but theres still enough there…and they dont look very good. Any ideas?

EXERCISE YOUR FAT ASS
Cellulite is mostly genetic, but if you tone up by lifting weights, you can reduce its appearance. I have the same problem, believe me.
Try yoga or pilates poses that incorporate your core (your midsection) to get rid of your love handles. Try poses that you have to hold for periods of time.
Good luck and congrats on all you’ve accomplished so far!
That stuff will take care of itself in time, as you lose more weight and tone up. In the meantime, you really shouldn’t worry about it. I’m sure plenty of people look at you and think you’re one hot momma.
tons of cardio and tons of squats. you need to loose the cottage cheese around your muscle
run daily for atleast 25-30mins. the blood that gets moving in your legs will reduce cellulite if you keep it up every day!!
Well first, cellulite is the same as any other fat so don’t go in for those scams/creams/pills etc…it’s just genetics that determine how it looks close to the skin’s surface.
Best thing to do is lose weight (but even skinny girls have cellulite…just watch a Beauty Pageant…it’s seriously genetic bad luck) , and you’re on the right track with weight watchers. Slow and steady wins the race and keeps it off.
When you lose weight the first place you notice is your boobs, then it will filter to your lower legs (just above knee), back, stomach, love handles, thighs and finally arms…this can also depend on ur genetics tho…but usually what you want to lose first is what you lose last…patience pays off tho.
Stay healthy and good luck!
Squats, **** lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out non-surgical Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.
Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.
The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don’t eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.
The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.
