I have some cellulite on my hamstrings, inner & outer thighs. I really don’t have like” big legs” but, I would like for them to be alot thinner and lean. I really want the cellulite gone. What’s the best way besides doctor visits and spa wraps to get rid of CELLULITE? Thanks for your help!!

CELLULITE:
Mix 20 to 30 drops of juniper oil with 4 oz. olive oil. Rub mixture on hips, buttocks, and thighs to reduce cellulite. Let dry completely before washing it off.
Massage grapefruit oil into the cellulite areas on the body.
Drink unsweetened grapefruit juice to dissolve cellulite in the body.
Drinks at least eight 8 oz. glasses water each day to help flush out toxins from your cells
I think that dry brushing towards your heart before a shower (to help lymph drain properly) followed by massaging in anti-cellulite cream works – don’t know if the cream works but the massaging must break down the fat cells a bit…

Sorry to tell you, there is no way to “get rid” of cellulite. This is just the way the fat cells in a womens legs are arranged, and with some it shows more then others. You can spend all you want on expensive treatments but the only thing you will rid yourself of is your money, not the fat.
Your best bet to reduce the sight of it is with good diet and excercise.
Any muscle building leg excercise will help, such as bicycling, jogging, rowing, etc. But, the best excercise for women is walking (a lot less strain on the joints then the other activities listed). At least 30 minutes a day will strengthen the leg muscles, thus reducing the sight of the cellulite.
Hard work, I agree, but in the long run you’ll feel better, and have a lot more money to spend on more important things.

Have you trying dieting and doing squats a few times a week? I always see ads for creams, I don’t know if they work, buy I guess you can always ask for a refund if is doesn’t
