its mostly genetics. dont eat junk food.

Creams will only smooth the surface of the skin – it is more important rather to feel good about your self inside – when we all start doing that, we will feel good about how we look.

If you are over-weight; you may need to loose a few pounds. Everyone should take exercises but I don’t think it will help.
There’s not a lot that can be done for it. Applying some body lotions in that area may help a little over a period of time. You’d be surprised how many people have it.

oh i feel your pain girl.
All over my thighs and bum.

My sister calls me tiger bum because i hav white stripes of stretch marks going across it too and i’m a size 8, EVERYONE gets it.

But drinkin plenty of water improves the elasticity of the skin, if you don’t drink much, your skin is more taught and the fat deposits under your skin show as dimples, what we know all too well as cellulite/orange peel.

DON’T drink coffee.
Coffee burns fat and because it burns fat in a non natural way it stores fat pockets in your body which causes cellulite. When you get out of the bath, moisturise everywhere because it increases blood flow and stuff and excersise. (Y) :) x
