um your not fat at all but how tall are you? It all depends on that

I have it too and in the same boat as you are…
It’s hereditary and there’s not much you can do about it.
I’m not overweight, either. :/ Just watch out for those scams that claim to magically work. They don’t.

sweetie, life is way too short to be worrying about a lilttle cellulite. If you are not overweight then it is probably genetic and there is little you can do about it.

however, you can try doing certain exercises to gain more muscle in that area…

a lot of girls have cellulite at 14. try not to worry about it so much.

Cocoa butter is better for getting rid of things such as scars and stretch marks really, but moisturizing daily does help. Massaging problem areas is said to help break up the cellulite as it improves blood circulation in that area. Also, drink plenty of water to flush out toxins.

There are tonnes of products available that claim to help get rid of cellulite, however they have minimal effect, can be expensive and many don’t work at all.

Also, its perfectly normal to have cellulite at your age and weight. Many people believe it is associated with being older and overweight but that’s just not true, anyone can get cellulite at any age. I’m 17 and I have cellulite and have done for a while. I also have loads of skinny friends with it too! So you have nothing to worry about :]

Hope this helps x

you can get cellulite at any age…

i’ve heard that rubbing coffee grains over the skin where your cellulite is before you take a shower helps.
There are also cellulite creams available, although these just plump up the skin surrounding the lumps to even it out, it doesn’t actually get rid of it.

Your best bet would be to drink plenty of water and make sure that you get sufficient exercise. It doesn’t matter whether you’re overweight or not, most women get cellulite.

Good luck!

I’m not sure how good it works but I seen in an Avon catalog that they have lotion that’s supposed to eliminate cellulite and it’s not very expensive.

body brushing and drinking lots of water works for me.

i’m not overweight either but i had it over my thighs and bum, buy a body brush, i got mine from boots i think, there’s lots of different types. mine is round with natural bristles, its not soft but its not scratchy either.

You use it morning and night and rub all your body in circular motions towards the heart paying particular attention to where you have the cellulite.

I do this and it works great. It gives me a great glow and super smooth skin and keeps cellulte away. I dry brush once every day and then on shower days after my shower I apply a nice natural body lotion or butter. (I use burts bees.)

What is a Dry Brush Exfoliation?

A dry brush exfoliation involves the use of a soft, dry brush to gently brush the skin. It is recommended by holistic practitioners to remove dead skin cells, improve the circulation of blood and lymph, and enhance detoxification through skin. The gentle pressure is also thought to have a calming effect.

How is Dry Brush Exfoliation Done?

The only tool needed is a soft, dry, skin brush, preferably with natural bristles.

Step 1
Stand in the shower with the water off.

Step 2
Starting at your feet, start brushing in small circles towards your heart. Apply very light pressure, avoiding broken skin, skin rashes, or areas where the skin is thin, such as the face or inner thighs.

Step 3
After you’ve finished both legs, move on to your arms. Brush from your fingertips, again towards your heart.

Step 4
Reach around and brush from your back towards your stomach.

Step 5
When you are finished, begin showering.

The Benefits Of Dry Skin Brushing

• Dry skin brushing helps to shed dead skin cells, which can help improve skin texture and cell renewal.

• Dry skin brushing increases circulation to skin, encouraging your body’s discharge of metabolic wastes, which greatly aids the lymphatic drainage of the entire body. When the body rids itself of toxins, it is able to run more efficiently in all areas.

• Dry skin brushing also helps to tighten the skin because it increases the flow of blood. Increasing the circulation to the skin can also help lessen the appearance of cellulite.

• Dry skin brushing stimulates the lymph canals to drain toxic mucoid matter into the colon, thereby purifying the entire system. This enables the lymph to perform its house-cleaning duties by keeping the blood and other vital tissues detoxified. After several days of dry brushing, you may notice the gelatinous mucoid material in your stools.

• Dry skin brushing helps with muscle tone and more even distribution of fat deposits.

• Dry skin brushing also rejuvenates the nervous system by stimulating nerve endings in the skin.

• Dry skin brushing helps your skin to absorb nutrients by eliminating clogged pores. Healthy, breathing skin contributes to overall body health.

• Individuals who sit at a computer screen all day long will particularly take pleasure in the benefits of skin brushing. People who have inactive lifestyles or jobs usually experience stiff and sore necks and shoulders that reach even into their arms and down their spines and into their lower backs. Increased blood flow begins entering the areas brushed and you will experience an increase in electromagnetic energy that permits you to feel energized and invigorated.

• LADIES—Cellulite is toxic. Cellulite is toxic materials that are accumulated in your body’s fat cells as they are unable to be eliminated. So, rather than liposuction surgery, how about utilizing the “dry skin brushing” techniques coupled with an alkaline diet program and a great exercising routine. It will break down the unwelcome toxic body deposits and send them scurrying out of your body through the elimination channels we discussed above.

This site has some nice, cheap, natural bristle dry brushes.

I personally like the round ones without a long handle.

Also french clay (used for face masks) is a great may to get rid if cellulite it is used to remove impurities, tighten skin and tone skin.

Just make a paste with water. Apply to area and let dry and rinse.

You can purchase french clay here:

Hope this helps!!!
