No you shouldn't tip her. She's already being paid!! Why should you tip her also? Do you tip the doctor, dentist, nurse, cop, airline pilot, flight attendant, janitor where you work? The list is endless on those who provide services whom you could tip. You're paying her for a service. End of story.
