		<description>First of all you are NOT overweight, that was a ridiculous statement. At 5&#039;3 a healthy weight is anywhere from 102-141. (http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ ) Also, losing weight does not necessarily help with cellulite (as you have noticed)- it can make it worse because the skin has been stretched and then shrinks again with weight loss.  The best thing to do really is to work out. I&#039;ve always had cellulite, and am 5&#039;3 and around 108 lbs. When I was 98 lbs, I still had just as much cellulite. Building up the muscle under the fat will diminish its appearence. I saw great results when I began working out frequently, cardio is very important but squats and leg lifts are what really gets rid of the cellulite. The best thing to do is take weekly pictures of yourself so you can actually see the progress you are making, it helps a lot. I&#039;m also trying a body brush, I don&#039;t know if it will actually do anything, but I might as well try it. Good luck</description>
