		<description>Walk one mile per day to start. Increase to two miles in two weeks. GO TO GYM, WORKOUT WITH FITNESS MACHINE FIVE MINUTES TO START. Select four different exercises on machine with 15 pounds of resistance to start.
Go through the four twice. Do 5 repetitions with each. Two weeks you will increase time to 10 minutes and repetions to eight. Then you will increase at your chosen pace. These will not be hard and you will not get discouraged, because you will enhance your weight loss tremendously. Pulling for you. Bill</description>
