cellulite treatment
Cellulite Treatment FAQ :

I glimpsed my backside last night and was disgusted with what I saw. I have gotten really bad cellulite. I think the front of my legs are starting to get it as well. I used to do a lot of lunges, and squats. I injured my knee last year, and have been put on a restriction. No repeated or prolonged kneeling or squatting. During my breaks I go out for walks. I actually don’t eat a lot. I eat one meal a day, and the rest are snacks. I dont have the money to join a gym, or get a professional treatment. I used to not eat after 5pm, but I don’t get home till after that time. So I have had to change my dinner schedule. What are some things I can do at home to fix this?! My legs were never perfect, but they have gotten really bad since my injury.

I have some pilates videos, but its really hard to do those when I have my four year old trying to sit on me when I work out. I also have a cardio tape, that I managed to get him to joing me on. But knee started to hurt not to long after doing that

Stick to protein and vegetables. Do your pilates daily.

Fat and especially cellutite results from excess carbohydrates. By limiting your carbs and exercising on a regular you will reduce your fat stores and improve the appearance of your **** and thighs.
