to be honest, i havent used the goodbye cellulite, but i have tried different brands. i dont think it takes the cellulite away, and as soon as you stop using it, it goes back to how it looked before. there is definitley a difference, the cellulite is less “defined”, but i dont think its worth the money, cos it does such a little and its not permanent.
Here is the great overview of the best anticellulite products that work.
Nivea is also there. Plus they have girls opinions there and you can compare prices and how well the stuff works.
i don’t know how it works and i don’t have cellulite but i use it at night and it makes the skin on my thighs and bum incredibly soft and smooth by morning.
OK, so I read an article by my HMO about anti-cellulite products (I’d post the link, but it’s in hebrew, so I doubt it would help you much).
Anyways, what they said is that all the anti-cellulite products are pretty much a scam.
Their explanation: Cellulite occurs when there’s not enough blood ariving at the fat tissues. The two ways to avoid it is: 1) Work-out to reduce the fat tissue. 2) Massage the area everyday for a few good minutes to get blood circulation to the area.
Then they explained that if you read the directions on each one of the anti-cellulite products, they’ll all tell you to “massage the product into the cellulite area”, which is what you’re supposed to do anyways… & in fact, all those products are pretty much normal moisturizers.
So don’t do the mistake I did- I bought an expensive anti-cellulite cream (I think it was by Nivea), but got the -exact- same results by massaging my normal moisturizer (Vaseline’s cocoa butter)… Don’t go spending all that money, it makes no difference
