Do some lunges, bicycles [the ab exercise] and drink a lot of water.

You can get massage every so often for it (it really works) at a nice salon (most don’t offer it but you’ll find one eventually) or you can see a plastic surgeon. Honestly, it’s worth it. Good luck! It’s mostly hereditary so don’t beat yourself up!

Squats, **** lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out non-surgical Velasmooth, Endermologie and Lipodissolve.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don’t eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or lipodissolve come in handy.

The attached site,… , has more info.

This website provides me a useful solution of ‘how to get rid of cellulite’. Most importantly, this home remedy really saved me a lot of money, I don’t go to the salon for cellulite treatment as often as before.
Hope you find it useful.
