The reason you get cellulite is because there is not enough muscle in your legs. The best exercise to target the back or your legs and your **** is deadlifts, but be careful about your form on this exercise. Losing weight would help too.
Cellulite is not related to being overweight average and underweight people also get cellulite. Try the nivea good- bye cellulite, it works. Exercise your legs more. Good Luck!! Also smoking, lack of exercise, tight clothes, high heeled shoes, and sitting or standing in a single position of long periods have all been correlated with an increase in cellulite.
Cellulite is NOT caused by fat, it’s caused by toxins in your body. Drink Green Tea, and eat healthy (mostly fruits and vegetables, and lots of foods with antioxidants). Get a loofah, and massage the areas in long strokes toward your heart, or in circular strokes on your ****.
