Well, there is one magical cure, I’m not sure if it works and I’m not sure if this is right but…: something to do with rubbing coffee grounds on cellulite. I’m not sure though…but the best way to get rid of cellulite is the same old thing: diet and exercise. You don’t need to deprive yourself of anything, just add more fruits and veggies into your diet. And exercise! On the treadmill, biking, anything that gets your heart rate up! And walking lunges are great for shaping thighs and the booty.

Cellulite is the hard fat cells, trapped below the body’s network of muscle tissue and fiber. The tissue and fiber is regularly cleaned by cleansing fluids throughout the day and this gives your skin an ugly bloated look. Diet designed to combat cellulite should consist of additional consumption of fruit, vegetables, wholegrain, and beans. Decrease your consumption of coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and alcohol. Similarly avoid or restrict your intake of processed and refined food containing lot of fat, sugar, or salt such as chips, chocolate, etc.

There are various kinds of cellulites. One is found in the muscles of active women like dancers and runners. The hard or solid cellulites are difficult to eliminate, since they are fixed directly to the muscles. But soft cellulites are highly visible and can give a sagging look to the body. But though they are present in bigger muscle areas, they can be easily removed.

Unfortunately, cellulite problems commonly plague women. The problem can begin at an early age of 14 years and the affected areas can become bigger as they age. Women taking birth control pills and new mothers are also highly susceptible. Injured persons are also likely to develop cellulites.

Squats, **** lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out non-surgical Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don’t eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.
