ok,i asked about treatments for cellulite several days ago and from what i received,i think that may be specific exercises targeting the cellulite area would be most useful.so, does anyone know a site where i can download cellulite exercises for free? also,has anyone purchased Joey Atlas DVD for cellulite? thanx for help.

i havent tried any videos but jump roping works really well! and its quite easy so you dont really have to buy anything. hope this helps!
Cellulite is nothing but fat. Target exercise will not rid it. Only dieting and overall exercise.
Spot-specific exercises might help the cellulite, but you CANNOT spot-reduce the fat in that area. You need to do full-body workouts.
For toning (or for anything else fitness-wise) I suggest just basic calisthenics. Push-ups, squats, etc.
They sell creams too…that make cellulite go away. They make the area of skin taught with extended use.

I have found that an exercise ball works well.
