Hey! I work out everyday and I am thin….BUT my **** is cellulite city (well maybe not as horrible as some). My diet could be better…has anyone gotten rid of their cellulite with a better diet? What is your advice…please don’t respond if you are going to say there is no way to get rid of it (or to go get treatments) I want dietary/exercise advise…

I’ve always had bad cellulite and I’m thin too. I hear a diet low in fat and processed foods helps but I’ve had quite a bit of luck going hard core on the exercise. I’ve done a lot of hill running, walking up stairs, squats and lunges and toned up my **** and thighs which has helped a lot. Fake tan works wonders too!

A better diet + weight training is the key to rid yourself of cellulite. Your diet goal is to eat clean: no pre-packaged foods, no preservatives, no additives!

There are plenty of dietary and exercise advice. Problem is most people give up before they can see the results. So if you want to get rid of cellulite, you have to preserve.
