I'm lucky enough to never have suffered from the dreaded curse of cellulite but I've heard about many things that can help. First, forget all the creams that claim to help - they don't work. What will help you is exfoliation at a salon and regular body brushing at home. I body brush sometime as it promotes circulation and is good for general health. Make sure you always use a circular motion and brush up towards the heart. Watch your foods too - things like coffee, chocolate and carbs encourage cellulite.. Instead, eat plenty of green vegetables..green tea is also a great anti-oxidant and will get your skin in good condition. Walking will also help - it encourages circulation in the thighs - although be careful if you are of a certain age or pregnant not to exercise in a strenuous way. Good luck!
